Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. We will work with you to make it right! Due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalized. For non-personalized items, please contact us to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Our Cancellation Policy

In most cases, cancellations are not accepted. However, it may be possible to cancel your order if production has not started. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

 

Our Shipping Policy

Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing on custom pieces. We will make every effort to complete your item as soon as practical and will keep you updated regarding status. All orders are mailed out via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using standard delivery. We are not responsible for delays occurring through the postal service. Effective February 28, 2023, we activated free shipping on orders $39+ using code FREESHIP. We are unable to refund shipping charges in cases where the discount code is not entered at checkout.

Our Local Pickup Policy

Local buyers may take advantage of our 'contactless' local pickup option. Local pickup is available on Fridays between the hours of 10:00 am & 4:00 pm from our business office located in Mechanicsville, MD. All pickups are self-service/contactless. Once your order has been processed and packaged, pickup details/instructions will be provided through email. Items will be held for a maximum of 45 days. After 45 days, all packages not picked up will be forfeited, refunds will not be processed.
